Treat yourself!

Fish, especially red fish, is something we don't tend to eat as much as we would like as it is so god damn expensive. But sometimes you get lucky and get a good deal on it. You then obviously want to cook it in the best way possible.

Salmon is packed with so many good stuff that you should treat yourself to some occasionally!

 

Creamy salmon

You will need:

Couple of salmon steaks

200ml cream

1 lemon

Fresh dill

Salt & pepper

Wee bit of water


Mix the cream with wee bit of water and season with some lemon juice. Pour it into an oven dish. Put your salmon steaks (skin up) into the dish and put it into a preheated 200°C oven and cook for about 5 minutes. Take the dish out of the oven and gently peel off the skin. Spoon the cream over the fish, sprinkle some pepper, salt and dill over it and put it back to the oven for 10-15 minutes or until your fish is cooked through.

Serve with rice or anything else you fancy. Use the cream as a sauce.
