Well hello!

I am a twenty-something Estonian living in Scotland. It is a hard life as UK does not have the greatest taste in food.. So to keep myself and my lovely husband well fed, I have no other options than to cook and cook and then cook some more. Of course occasionally I do come across great restaurants that serve delicious food and in those cases I will share a wee review of those places. 

I do have a degree in cooking but ever since finishing culinary school I haven't worked much in the industry. I prefer doing my own thing in the privacy of my own kitchen, but now I will give you a wee sneak peak into my kitchen and hopefully you will find some ideas and help. 

I am not a master chef and we all have different likes so please feel free to adjust all the recipes you find on this pages to ensure maximum pleasure! Food is life! Live it, Love it, Eat it!
