Do not use beef stew as a password - it's not stroganoff.

Fry the beef on medium heat. Once cooked, remove from the pan. Chop up your mushrooms, onions and garlic and fry on the same pan you used for the beef (don't clean it, keep the yummy beef taste!). Once your onions are starting to look clear, add the beef to the veggies and mix through. In a bowl, mix a wee bit of the cream with the corn flour and leave it. Pour rest of the cream and the veggie stock to the pan and get it to boil. Cook the mixture for ~10 minutes. Add some soya and mustard, salt and pepper. Pour the corn flour-cream on to a pan, stir well and leave it to thicken.
While the mixture on the pan is cooking, put the kale on an oven dish. Sprinkle some oil and salt onto it and mix through. Cook it for ~ 5-10 minutes in an oven until crispy, stir while it's cooking couple of times so it would get crispy all over.
Serve with rice or have it just like that. Enjoy!
Ps! Every time you cook with onions, red or green, keep the peels! I've got a great tip for you coming how to make beautiful Easter eggs with onion peels!
